On January 25, 2025, we launched our brand to begin a new era in consulting: innovation combined with expertise, a transformation that comes from more than two decades of field experience, working with local and global clients, medium and large, in practically all economic sectors. Our history began as a subsidiary of Kaiser Associates in 1996, and became an independent operation in the 2000s, contributing to taking companies and businesses to the top.

Antonio Napole
Has worked for over 30 years in strategic planning, implementing organizational changes, conducting “goal setting” projects, competitive intelligence and analyzing entry into new markets, in various industries such as gas and energy, heavy construction, consumer goods, media, telecommunications, aviation, education, among others.
Graduated in Administration from EAESP/FGV and in Communication from FAAP. Native Portuguese speaker, fluent in English and German.

Mariana Goldstein
Has worked for over twenty years on consulting projects in strategic analysis, market analysis, competitive intelligence, strategic planning, organizational changes, and corporate governance, in various sectors such as oil, electricity, construction, consumer goods, retail, wholesale, financial sector, and communication.
Graduated in Business Administration from IBMEC-RJ, she holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from FGV-RJ, and an MBA from EAESP/FGV in conjunction with Erasmus University (RSM); Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK); Tecnológico de Monterrey (EGADE) and UNC Kenan-Flagler. She speaks Portuguese natively, fluent in English and Spanish.

Simone Reginaldo
Has worked for over twenty years on consulting projects in strategic analysis, marketing, competitive intelligence, strategic planning, organizational changes, and corporate governance for the energy sectors, including petrochemicals, biofuels and LPG, chemicals, agriculture, education, mining, civil construction and consumer goods.
Graduated in Business Administration from PUC-Rio, with two MBAs, a specialization in Finance – capital markets from PUC-Rio and a Master in Business Economics from FGV/EESP. Native Portuguese speaker, fluent in English and Spanish.
